A commemorative block stamp with the theme of “5th World Water Forum”  with the value of 2,50 TL and FDC  belonging to this block stamp with the value of 2,85 TL will be put up for sale on 16.03.2009. The stamps will be put up for sale in all post offices but FDCs are limited with the subscriber number. At the same date the first day cancellation with the text of “5.Dünya Su Forumu 16.03.2009, İSTANBUL”will be used at the addresses of Haliç Congress and Cultural Centre, Sütlüce- İstanbul.
