Edirne 09 Philately Exhibition will be held between the dates of 22 April -01 May 2009 at the address of Edirne Lyceum, Sabuni District, Eski İstanbul Street, Edirne. Special date cancellation with the text of "Edirne 2009 Filateli Sergisi" 22.04.2009 EDİRNE will be used on 22/04/2009 in the exhibition area.

China 2009 World Stamp Exhibition will be held between the dates of 10-16 April 2009 in the city of Luoyang in China. The participation will be effectuated by our Administration to the said exhibition and special date cancellation with the text of “Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti Dünya Pul Sergisi, 10-16.04.2009 LUOYANG” will be used in the exhibition area. Between the same dates the said special date cancellation will be used in Directorate of Philately and Museum Section, Promotion and Marketing Department, General Directorate of PTT.

To commemorate of the 45th Library Week, stamp exhibition will be held between the dates of 30 March - 05 April, 2009 at the address of Manavgat County Public Library. Special date cancellation with the text of "45. Kütüphane Haftası Pul Sergisi, 30.03.2009 Manavgat" will be used on April 03, 2009 in the exhibition area.

Official stamps with the theme of flowers with the values of 5 Kuruş, 10 Kuruş, 25 Kuruş, 50 Kuruş, 65 Kuruş, 1 Lira, 3,35 Lira and 4,50 Lira will be put up for sale on 03/26/2009 . The stamps will be on sale in all post offices until they run out.
